1994 was the Summer that Soccer became football. Ten players took to the pitch in Pasadena in a boot from Nike, a then fledgling football brand.
The players included the tournament's golden boot winner, Italy's incomparable number three and a young 17 year old would-be superstar looking on from the sidelines who became El Fenomeno.
The boot was the Tiempo and in the almost 20 years since that Summer, the Tiempo has become a hallmark for leadership, rebellion and confidence on the pitch.
Now it makes it's off pitch debut, bringing that same spirit to the streets, with a removable oversized tongue and quilted toe for a classic look and a padded collar and leather and suede upper for total comfort.
The Nike Tiempo 94 shoe is finished off with a translucent cupsole and drop-in coloured phylon midsole to deliver modern style and a rubber outsole that provides durable grip.
